MK1 Super Digital Mall (No. 525 Nathan Road, MongKok)

Originally an old Chinese Restaurant of approx. 60,000 sq.ft. splitted into 4 floors. It was converted into a theme shopping mall concentrating on products in 2007. Since its opening in the beginning of 2007, this shopping arcade maintains a strong growing rental return and occupancy. Tenants include Citicall, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Oliveia, Aigo, Haier, etc. Value of the premises is estimated to have doubled over the last year.

 

   

   
Hong Kong Aquarium Plaza (East Point Centre, 1010-1030 King's Road)
Originally used as a warehouse for more than 30 years, it was renovated into a theme shopping arcade with about 50 shops on aquarium commodities. The rest of the arcade was converted to a market, a Park'n shop, 2 restaurants and about 30 other general goods shops.
